Prom 2017

The 2017 Mason High School Prom is fast approaching! Please read the information below regarding Prom and After Prom.  If you have any questions, please contact Lorri Allen at allenl@masonohioschools.com.
 
Prom
 
Date and Time: Saturday, April 22, 2017.  7:00pm – 11:30pm. – YOU MUST BRING YOUR STUDENT ID TO THE ROBERTS CENTRE FOR ENTRY. There are no paper tickets.
 
Location: Roberts Centre, Wilmington, Ohio (71N to US-68, Exit 50.  Turn Left on US-68 and turn right at the intersection just past Wendy’s.  Drive to the back of building to enter).
 
Tickets: Sales begin March 20 – April 9. MHS is closed March 27 through March 31, but you can still purchase online.   All student fees must be paid prior to purchasing a Prom or After Prom Ticket. Tickets should be ordered via the google form link and paid for in the student activities office, (Z228) with cash, check, credit card or on EZPAY.
 
Pricing: March 20 – April 9, $55 per person ($110 a couple), April 10 – 16, $60 per person, ($120 a couple). Last day to purchase in person (student activities office), is Thursday, April 13 by 3:00 pm.  MHS is closed Friday, April 14.  Tickets purchased at the $55 rate must be paid for by April 7 at 3:00 pm. Pictures: No Formal Pictures will be taken.
 
Dinner: Dinner will be served at 7:30 pm. Doors open for seating at 7:00 pm.
 
Important Information: Students need to be at the Roberts Centre by 9:00 pm.  Students who leave before 10:30 pm will have to sign-out.  Once students leave, they are not permitted to reenter.
 
 
After Prom
Date and Time: Sunday, April 23, 2017.  Doors open at 12:00 am and close at 1:30 am.  After Prom is over at 4:00 am.  Your keys will be taken at the door along with your telephone number. If you plan on leaving After Prom before 4:00 am your parents will be notified. If you purchase tickets for After Prom and do not show up before 1:30 am your parents will be notified. YOU MUST BRING YOUR STUDENT ID TO AFTER PROM FOR ENTRANCE AND PRIZES.
 
Location: Mason High School, Natatorium Doors Entrance
 
After Prom Tickets/Pricing:  Sales begin March 20 –  April 16.  Ticket cost $20.00.  Tickets purchased by 3:00 pm on April 13 will be available for a t-shirt.  Students are encouraged to purchase early. Follow this link to order After Prom Tickets.  You may pay for tickets on in the student activities office (Z228), with cash, check, credit card or on EZPAY.
 
Other After Prom information:  If you purchased your ticket before 3:00 pm on April 13, you will need to pick up your t-shirt at lunch Wednesday through Friday, April 19-21.  NO SHIRTS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT AFTER PROM - This is new.
 
GUEST INFORMATION
 
Prom and/or After Prom Guests: Guests should be under the age of 21, (20 or under but at least of High School Age).  Forms will be available on Schoology and must be turned in and paid for by April 13 at 3:00 pm.  Note that after April 9, prom guest tickets will cost $60. A copy of the guest’s photo identification must be with the guest form.
